- A bedroom with a double bed (a single bed or cot can be added)

- A living room with two sofas, TV and various hobbies

- Equipped kitchen with dining area

- A bathroom with shower

- A balcony for smoking

The house is provided:

- a vast tourist library about Italy and, in particular, Rome

- a large video library with films set in Rome ( in several languages)

- a large video library with the history of ancient Rome (in several languages)

- illustrated brochures designed for detailed visits to the city (in several languages)
